You dont have the right attitude towards women.

PS:This is extremely my personal thought on wat i've experienced.Women for the time being can be considered as a global variable with mobility and static instability.

I was once walking alongside my friend when he suddenly whispered "DUDE.....YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT ATTITUDE TOWARDS WOMEN".I was a bit taken aback by this statement.I thought for a moment and said "YOU ARE PROBABLY RIGHT.....MANY GIRLS ALSO THINK THE SAME ABOUT ME"-atleast after reading this post.

Let me make things clear before i proceed further...there is a clear distinction between girls and women. Its not only the age factor but something more...beyond the understanding of a super genius. You must have figured this by now......

I have a belief :::"Everything happens for a reason".

In this post...i only speak about women/girls(its difficult to distinguish them.PS:In some sections a GIRL can also be considered as a CHILD) between the age group 18-22.I dont know much about women beyond 22...so i restrict myself to this age group.Ofcourse i am familiar with girls below 18...before you think otherwise...i m only speaking about their mentality.

I speak the truth, post only the truth and nothing but the truth(raising my arm, holding it high up.....like the INC symbol)[INC:Indian National Congress]

PS:There may be exceptional people. Here,i am only referring to a particular section of women/girls.

Reasons:::::::::
#1.Girls are extremely jealous^n.You just cant imagine how these clones of EVE behave if someone close to them fare better than her.I can understand if its her enemy/jaani dushman...but getting envy against her very own friends is insanity.Girls may deny this...but as i said i speak only the truth.

#2.They exercise superiority over others as if they are clones of KITTUR RANI CHENAMMA.

#3.These characters have no moral values in life. All these people want to do is party and be seen with some cool dudes. They just want to be noticed.Indirectly they want to be famous.

#4.Some of them eat no more than a slice of bread but they order as though they are gonna buy that restaurant.

#5.Most of them are insensitive. She expects you to meet her(considering the fact that you are her so called boy friend)eventhough you have exams the coming day. Some guys are so stupid that they infact go meet.Heights of stupidity envisaged.

#6.Where there is money...there is honey.(Greedy)

#7.There are some characters who speak english is such a way as though they are born and brought up in the land of f***ing america but the actual fact is that their roots can be traced to muniyammana huts(sorry non-kannada folks).

#8.These girls have an unusual way of saying "HI".These people say it as "Hi^10" which goes as "Hiiiiiiiiiiii".I dont get wat is this extension for.

#9.These girls dont realise that or they will never realise that it is their inner content(i would call it stuff-brains)that matters but not the outwardly sadistic behaviour they put up.Wats worse is even after reading this they are gonna be the same.

#10.Hypocrats-Most of them are characterised with this quality which they can be proud of.The main reason behind a man's death.

#11.They are ready to anything....ANYTHING to get noticed. They want all the attention to be drawn to themselves during a public gathering ...be it a "A CLUB" or a "POLITICIANS PUBLICITY"

#12.Basically these people lack maturity in handling things. They dont know where they are going......

Setaside these people. There are few other really nice women just as opposite to the ones mentioned above.............
PS: I have nothing in personal against any one particular person. Please read the disclaimer.

Where there is a will there is a way

I had posted a blog recently about my friends brother titled "A Dream that is sinking".I think i made a mistake...a big mistake..a blunder.I under-estimated this fella. After undergoing chemotherapy for a couple of months(not sure) and getting the tumor operated....... this guy has started preparing for IIT-JEE again.I am really amazed at his passion, zeal, determination and most of all Courage."Where there is a will there is a way"......I just hope this guy makes it to the IIT.

War is on and orkut is the battleground

Even heard of online enmity? If u haven't and u r on orkut...then ur missing something in life. Some of my friends are involved in a verbal DISPUTE(yeah..that's wat i call it) with some pakistani's....each of em trying to prove that their country has nothing to do with either terrorism or nuclearity(hahaha). This is a scrap left by a pakistani who calls himself Umair:
listen man......who offered for cease fire on LOC.....who is saying to demilitarise kashmir region...who is saying to make sub continent nuclear free region..it's only n only Pakistan.....but u r increasing ur defence budget.....i fink it is at 2.3 billion dollars nowadays....c for urself the main difference.....u hv fenced kashmir region but still say tht militants r getting into kashmir for terrorism.....lmao........the biggest terrorism is in ur country.....c wht u did in gujrat.....i m personally not against india...coz all indians r not same......i hv many indian friends n they agree that kashmir issue need to be addressed.....so don't bother to post ur crap here......

This guy needs some serious whipping on his ass!!!!!!!These pakistani's are starting to create communities such as "crush hindustan","crush india",.....and v indians have taken a diplomatic strategy in reporting such communities as bogus.(remember ...gandhian principles)
watever it is....the war is on and orkut is the battleground......

Jai Bharath Matha.

one night @ the call center

I finshed the book in two shots.I never like reading books unless my friends say that "Read it dude.....u will like it".I have read only two books till now and I could not complete one of them and this is my third book. The first one was "five point someone" by the same author-chetan bhagat and the other one was "Lord Of The Rings"-incomplete...it was too huge to complete.I somehow liked chetan bhagat's first book-a must read.
His second book on@tcc is somehow slightly boring .The story revolves around 5 people working in a call center at gurgaon. The whole book is just about their one night @ the call center(title).
I m too lazy to go into the details....read it for urself.

Some of the Best ADS on TV.

  1. Honestly i couldn't find any other topic to blog on.....my life's pretty boring and sad and I re-iterate that i need to find somone to ejaculate my needs.I need to get out from this Frustrated Bachelors Inc. I get to watch TV as I am @ home most of the time because of the sick rains...actually they helped us staying away from our college for quite sometime now.I found nothing intresting nor happening (even in f tv...actually bored) on the channels as i scanned through them except for some really nice ads.I dont mind watching them repeatedly rather than watching some stupid programmes' which dont make any sense. But these ads are blended with creativiy and they put their ideas across in a better manner. They are unique.
  1. Moto Razr V3---This tops my list just because the female is good in the ad.I admire her(honestly).
  2. IBM helpdesk
  3. Lenovo thinkcenter
  4. Bajaj Avenger--------even i forgive my dad(i am not so mean as u thought).
  5. Mentos-dimaag ki baThi jalaDhe
  6. All Hutch Ads.
  7. hp
  8. Tata Safari Dicor
I know i am a loser in life....but i didnt find a better topic at the moment to blog as i've said earlier.
With some consideration ...if u still think i am a loser then its your problem and keep it to urself.

A dream that is sinking....

The future is uncertain. My friends bro has been diagonised with bone cancer(a tumour detected on his left leg).Let me tell u about this guy....there's only one word to describe him-a GEM.Yes... he is one in a million;a brilliant selfless guy who always had a smile on his face.He is a bit stout in his physical appearance....rather he 'was'.Today when i see him i just cant believe my eyes. He's undergoing chemotherapy n i just cant find a single hair on his head and he's become as thin as the great Mahatma Gandhi. He was ranked within the top 5 of the 2nd year IIT-JEE training program @ BASE(Bangalore Academy of Specialised Education).Trust me, if u r among the top 5 in BASE then u r among the Top 10 in Karnataka. He dreamt of becoming an IIT engineer but look wats happened to him...where does he lie?.He has never hurt anyone till now nor has he troubled his parents for anything.I guess its always the good pple that take the beating.
I have a request for all u pple reading this - Just PRAY for this noble guy.

Indian Tech Industry-Is this true?

I came across a very intresting article some time back.I donno who the author was.It was a person narrating his story. Here goes it...

A topic that has been oft debated - that India's tech industry is a lot like the chinese manufacturing phenomenon - Low cost, reasonable quality, minimal innovation. I was an employee of a huge IT company in India (what the heck, it was TCS) and have, in the two years in their employ, developed certain opinions and concerns about the direction of India's IT revolution.

Here's how Indian IT companies operate (Infy, TCS,wipro and the second string such as mastek, satyam, patni etc). Hire engineers in bulk, never mind that they are not computer scientists or electrical engineers - if they can write a few lines of code in C/C++ and are academically decent, they're hired. After all, they dont need brilliant engineers - just people who will do as they are told and reasonably intelligent enough to get the client's work done, and bullshit their way out of it if they don't. They'll rarely make CAD software for Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Instead they will develop "end to end solutions" for banking, finance, inventory management, website development, etc. By develop I mean code, not design - there is a huge difference between the two, something which I will touch upon shortly. One important thing to note is that the HR in most IT companies dont give a damn about individual interests. They will put you wherever they need someone to slog for them. I've had one HR person tell me that they will put me in a project where they get maximum money, regarless if I am interested or not. And they wonder why so many people leave!!!

What is the nature of the work? At least 70% of the international projects in most indian IT companies is maintenence - i.e someone else has already developed an application. All you need to do is add more features/change behaviour as per client's request. Then there's production support, which is worse. It is almost call-center
work - ensure that the application runs normally and if it fails, get it up and running ASAP. Take calls from the client, update on the status. In a sense, like a car mechanic - I didnt get an engineering degree to be a car mechanic - I got it to design the car! Finally, if you are lucky you get development - write code. But then, writing code is easy - it is like manufacturing a car. What is not, is designing a
system that works efficiently. Typically, foreign clients get the design done by the likes of Accenture, IBM, etc. The designs are then sent to desi companies, who actually do the coding at a cost much cheaper than IBM or accenture. Thus, all we do is donkey work. It is not technology - it is programming. Technology is a new idea, paradigm or design - programming is implementing that design. Thus, most of the people in IT waste their engineering degrees, doing mundane programming, until they are made project managers - after which they spend their lives approving timesheets, conducting appraisals and sucking up to the client. Wait a second - shouldnt an experienced IT professional be doing advanced stuff and leave the bullshitting to
MBAs?

Why is it so hard for desi companies to do design?
The've not tried hard enough (yet) to get into this space. They just
dont have the competence to get the job done. Desi companies are
amazing at procedure oriented projects - if there is a procedure in
place telling us what to do, we can do it. They dont have the
experience (and therefore the brand equity) to attract IT consulting
projects. Consulting is largely a reputation driven business. In order
to build such a reputation, desi companies need to hire high-flying
consulants - they dont come cheap. Even after all this, there is no
guarantee of results! (Lately, Infy is trying to get into this space,
I'm told, so good luck to them. I dont think TCS is though :-)) How
many software products come out of Indian cos? IFlex is the only
company to have a product successful worldwide. Making products is
expensive and again, there is no guarantee of success - why risk it
when services give me an assured income?

Why do we need to get into high end IT - consulting and products? Simply because the algorithm of low cost, low margin services will run it's course in the future. As payscales rise in india and the rupee appreciating wrt the dollar, margins become more and more slim. In time, India may not be as competitive as say Brasil or Russia - the american cos will take their projects out there! U can see trends in the manufacturing sector - earlier Taiwan was the manufacturing base for American cos, then SouthKorea and then these days, China. Indian companies thus have 2 coices - identify and set shop in countries where the low cost, low margin algorithm can be applied (TCS seems to be taking this route) or enter into high end IT, which is independent of geography (Which Infy is trying). I believe the latter is the better route - it is a high margin business and reasonably high tech. What is even better, is coming up with technology - like Java, efficient databases, advanced operating systems (Like Sun, Oracle or Microsoft). That is real tech. It's not that we cant do it. It's just that we dont want to risk it. But, nothing venture, nothing have! Desi companies dont even do proper R&D!

For too long have we been stuck in the procedure oriented IT services. It is time to invest in consulting and products, and take Indian IT to the next level, or else I fear we will remain stuck in this low end nonsense.

Finally, a true story. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC) was huge in the chip manufacturing industry, making almost 60% profit. THey could have got into chip design, and potentially, designed low cost chips. However, design is a risky business - what if the chip bombs? TSMC chose to stick to it's core competence - fabrication. In time, TSMC's profits have declined to 20% or so... they're still number one, but dont make as much money as they used to... Are we learning yet?

PS: Work at TCS drove me so crazy, I quit to do a PhD

Now how far is this true?Plz leave ur comments.
